I can not connect to db using toad.
The following errors occur. But i can connect through sqlplus command line.
Can't initialize OCI. Error -1
Toad version: 12.1.0.22

Make sure that your "Connect Using" box in the "Installed Clients" is set to the correct Oracle Home environment.
