Hello,

We purchased Oracle Standard Edition 1 perpetual (License type:- Full Use) in August 2009.Can I install Oracle 12c R2 Standard edition with this
license??

If I remember correctly (it was a few years ago that you should have done this) you will need to upgrade your support contract to SE2 first. Talk to your licence vendor. It doesn't cost much.
The system will have to have been under support continuously, or Oracle may make you buy a new licence.
