Getting Error during 12cR2 installation on Windows 2016 STD [message #674433]

Hi team,

I am getting error as attached image.
I am getting thia error first time,
Can you help me ?

DB - 12cR2
Environment - Windows 2016 STD ( New server) /foru/forum/fa/14021/0/

It is not like that you are thinking.

I searched on Oracle support , Buti just want to know that what is this error.

About 10 days before I have installed the same In windows 2016 STD without any error.

And now when I am doing the installation in another
Same server , I am getting this error.

By clicking YES program closes..

When results are different, then you can be 100% assured & certain that something is different.

We don't know what you did before.
We don't know what you did today.

You have nothing to prove to us.
This is an issue between you & Oracle.

Consider to submit Service Request to MOS for additional assistance.

How can we know that if you don't tell us?
Obviously something is different, investigate what it is.
Installer generates a log, have a look to it.

Once again, how can we know that if you don't say it?

You have to provide the COMPLETE information you have if you want accurate answers and prevent from wasting others time.

Are you sure that the OS is the same? Try these commands on both systems:

C:\Users\john>
C:\Users\john>ver

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17134.523]

C:\Users\john>echo %PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%
AMD64

C:\Users\john>

update: another useful variable is %PROCESSOR_IDENTIFIER%, what do you get for that?

Issue resolved by applying security patch KB4093119,KB4053579
