I am trying to access a PL/SQL Web procedure in Oracle 12c installed on my desktop. I created a DAD, but when the URL is clicked the account sign-in dialog box keeps repeating in spite of signing with correct username/password. My URL is http://machine-name:8080/DAD/username.procedure. Any workaround or am I missing something?
