internal concurrent manager has terminated with status 1 - giving up. [message #657284]

Hi all,

i intefaced issue with concurrent managers in ebs application with status "inactive"

i tried to bounce APPs and DB , the same result

i tried to autoconfig DB and APPS , the same result

when i look to OS ps :

Code: [Select all] [Show/ hide]

ps -fu oracle

i found only one manager are running :FNDLIBR

and when i try to start them again with :

Code: [Select all] [Show/ hide]

adcmctl.sh start apps/apps

i got this message from os user :

Code: [Select all] [Show/ hide]
