I'm using Oracle WLS 12c
Weblogic Version: 12.2.1 in OEL(Exalogic)
Java Vendor: Oracle Corporation

I don't know how to resolve this issue and couldn't yet understood the root cause for this.

Unable to access EM Console, when two managed servers are up and running. We are using Oracle Weblogic 12c.
Our domian consists of one Admin Server and two managed servers. If one of Managed Server is shutdown,
I'm able to access EM Console, when two managed server are up, I'm unable to access EM Console,
After few mins I'm getting 504 error... unable to connect to admin server. Moreover I do see too many struck threads in the logs.... Can anyone please help on this issue.
