There are two network cards installed in my server, one for LAN users and second for WAN users. LAN users are accessing application but WAN users aren't able to access application.
If I disable LAN network card then WAN users can access application but I want to enable both network cards for both type of users.
I want to know, is oracle store IP information or network card priority somewhere or not?

If anybody know the solution, please help me.

I am using weblogic server 10.3.6 with forms11g R2 at windows server 2008.

What does the following command yield:

C:\> ipconfig /all
