Hello, I have two issue occurring when refunds are processed in Oracle EBS
1)Tax applied to the shipping is automatically refunded even though the shipping cost was not refunded nor calculated in the refund.
2)If another refund needs to be made, the full tax amount refund previously will be refund automatically again.

Any idea why this is occurring?
