Hi,

recently we got a performance issue with our 3 -node rac . multiple locking are forming on our AQ tables.
when we saw awr we found delayed executions on begin dbms_aqin.aq$_dequeue_in..... .
Point is dequeue process is very slow compared to insert in queue table.

can any one advise how to tune it/make it faster?
