Hi,

I am getting error while startup the upgrade in 12.1.0. Please find the below error

sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 12.1.0.1.0 Production on Tue Oct 20 18:10:04 2015

ERROR:
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

ORA-00600/ORA-07445/ORA-03113 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink/MOS and/or call Oracle support
Have a look at alert.log and trace files.
