Where did you see the word? Perhaps it was mistake, and so has no meaning.

Looks like cache. If that's so, open block's property palette and have a look at properties listed under the "Records" node. You'll see "Query array size", "Number of records buffered" etc. When you're on that specific property, press F1 on the keyboard - help related to the property will open. Read what it says.

Maybe that's what you are looking for.
