After migrating from forms6i to forms11g,
Referring to node using "ftree.Get_Tree_Node_Property" resulting into an error message
"FRM-47343 - Invalid node ID specified for hierarchical tree item".

Please let me know is there any way apart from not to refer the deleted/not existing node.

I recommend you review the documentation for using FTREE. Some of the FTREE methods in Forms 6i are not the same in Forms 11g therefore you will need to modify your code to use the new methods.
