Hi All,

I would like to ask how to get the Windows logged User not the user retrieved from the session?

I'd saw this code SYS_CONTEXT('USERENV','OS_USER') but gives me the OS_user retrieved from the session.

Does anyone knows the solution?

Depending on which version of Oracle Forms you are using, you can use WebUtil to get the Client User Name using the WebUtil_ClientInfo.Get_System_Property('user.name') method. Of course, you will have to have WebUtil configured...
