oracle forms and reports software required for Oracle 12c [message #620132]

I have just started using oracle 12c , i have downloaded oracle 12c database for Windows 64bit. Earlier i was using oracle 10g , there was developer suite for oracle 10g for accessing forms and reports ,
But i don't know how to access forms and reports in oracle 12c, Please provide the software link which gives access to forms and reports in 12c.
Please help.

These are now part of Fusion Middleware, downloadable here (Contains Oracle Forms and Reports 11gR2 (11.1.2.2.0), Released: 01/2014).

please tell which one to download for windows 64 bit, x86-64 is creating confusion

"-64" are for 64-bit Windows.
