The note "need to register to the site but it is free" should be for the first link, T.kyte's article is easily accessible without any registration. The first link requires login credentials.

This was not the case before DBAZine has been was taken by BMC. Fixed.

You can remove that note from second link(Tom Kytes's), since it is accessible without registration.
