What's the difference bwtween createConnectionPool and createStatelessConnectionPool in OCCI [message #614695]

I am testing the connection pool in OCCI. But I can't figure out the difference between createConnectionPool and createStatelessConnectionPool.
Also what is the meaning of the parameter "poolUserName" in createConnectionPool, what's the difference between poolUserName and user name in db connection?
