Hi Michel,I need to upgrade an oracle 8i database on HP-Unix server to Oracle 11g on Linux server, how is that possible? whether to upgrade it first to 10g linux and then to 11g ?

Export/create new database/import.

This is explained in Upgrade Guide

sir, whether using DBUA in 11g is that possible to upgrade 8i database to 11g?
