Dear Oracle Expert, Razz
*** please see capture in attachment ***

need your guide about create database link to remote file

I use Oracle 10g on Windows7, I would like to create database link in plsql to retrieve data from remote computer (another server inside my company). Could you please detect what's wrong with my workflow as finally I get error as shown

This makes me confused a lot because on the same workflow I can link to database inside my computer successfully

However , for remote data file I follow the workflow but still don't know which step I miss.

1.) Open system ODBC (PRS_ODBC) to A:\Demo2012.mdb *I map network drive A:\ = 163.184.18.141\d\test_ofm

2.) Add initdg4odbc.ora point to HS_FDS_CONNECT_INFO = PRS_ODBC

3.) Add SID_DESC (SID_NAME = PRS_LSN) into listener.ora

4.) Add into TNSNAMES.ora ( SID=PRS_LSN) HOST=my computer name

5.) Restart listener in cmd

6.) Then login to system/password@PASA26 to create public database link without error

7.) However, when writing script to see table I always get error

Please make advice to a newbie

Thanks so much, your help is appreciate to me
