Hi,

I get an error as soon as I click on Payment Management System link ...
ERROR in FREE_ARCH_SPACE: ORA-06520: PL/SQL: Error loading external library
ORA-06522: Unable to load DLL

Any suggestions on how to resolve this or which DLL I should look for...

Your question looks more like Oracle Apps. (or similar) question, not pure (PL/)SQL one. If that's so, would you like us to move it into a more appropriate forum (if so again, which one would it be)?
