please guide me where to find FORMS_MMAP=TRUE and change it to
FORMS_MMAP=FALSE .i checked my defualt.env file.forms_mmap is
not present.

DEFAULT.ENV *is* the place (you'd simply put it in, if it doesn't exist). Not recommended in production environment, though (see this discussion.
