Dears,

I am working on oracle apps R12, And I have two operating units when make two invoices of the different operating units and transfer it to the GL how I can Compare the journals that is for specific operating unit in database is there any ID in the database that I can Compare the different operating unit transactions that come from sub ledger to GL.

In GL there is no ID to distinguish on OUs.
You can check in XLA.
Org_id will be stored in xla.xla_transaction_entities.security_id_int_1 for AP, AR, etc.
You can refer the blog http://www.orafaq.com/node/2242 to understand the link between XLA to GL.
