I have created custom table in inventory and after register table & columns, i create event alert on it. event alert is not firing.
can anybody help me to resove this issue.

Show us what you did.

You created a table in which inventory? Your registered in what? Explain in details.
Also always post your Oracle version, with 4 decimals.
