I must setup RAC 11g but I haven't metalink account to download clusterware. Could you help me, pls

You can download the base release 11.2.0.1 from edelivery.oracle.com

You can download at OTN Downloads.
But of course you cannot use it in production if you have no Metalink/MOS account.
