Getting error while connecting to DB in PL/SQL developer. [message #572020]

Hi Experts,

I am able to connect to the DB in TOAD ,
but I am not able to connect to the DB in PL/SQL developer.

PL/SQL developer 

  Version 8.0.1.1498
  01.61091 - Unlimited user license
  Windows 7 6.1 Build 7601 (Service Pack 1)
  Oracle 11g

I am getting the below error

ORA-12154: TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified

Please help me why I am able to connect in TOAD
not able to connect in PL/SQL developer.

Please find the attached screen shot for the same.

And the error is ...? There's only one screenshot.

Would TNS_ADMIN do any good?
