hello experts,

i have 2 questions for you:
1) i would like to patch from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.4 , do i have to patch first to 10.2.0.2 then 10.2.0.3 and then 10.2.0.4 or directly i can patch from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.4 ?
2) what is the procedure to do that..?
