The OS audit trail is a file on the OS.
The servers administrator should know which file it is.

Does this file has the information about database or only OS ?

It contains all information that anyone records in it, OS, databases or anyone else.
Just have a look at the Windows event log on your PC.

The OS we use is Sun solaris and not Windows or PC.

Is that not possible to find out audit trail file name and the path (where it is in OS) from database ?

What I meant is that on your PC you have an event log/audit and you can see it to see what is inside. It is just an example to make you learn, you don't need any server for this; OS audit log is something generic not specific to your environment or to Oracle.
