Database Connector Error ORA-24338 [message #551482]

We have a Crystal report which calles a stored procedure using cursors. One of the tables in the stored procedure has been changed to a view which has GRANT access for the connecting user. When the report is run I get a failed to connect to database error message. Has anyone had this error message as i could do with some help.

error code in TITLE does NOT match what you report
