That would be Developer Suite 10g, I presume?

Personally, I installed Virtual machine on my Windows 7, put XP Professional onto it, and then installed Developer Suite 10g onto XP.

I've read that people did what you are looking for (see this OTN Forums discussion which contains some advices). Just note that this combination (DS 10g & Windows 7) is not certified and might result in unexpected behavior.

i installed toad(9.0.1) and oracle 10G server 10.2 at virtual machine,
oracle 10g run sucessfully but toad is not when we go to login at toad then find error(class not register)
so how we resolve that problem.

When you shout it it is no more an advice.
And my advice is to not use TOAD, you will just have many problems with it (starting from the installation).
