Dear all,
I can not login my db using tnsname,how can i do?

SQL> connect / as sysdba
Connected.

SQL> connect sys/sys@dup_oracl as sysdba
ERROR:
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

hi,
The issue has solved,because the wrong name of password file.

mv orapwdoracl orapworacl
