yes this is my first time to visit the client side they have some problems in flashback query.my company told me just go there
and do the analysis of the problems and their environment so i don't have any idea what should i ask them and from where to start with them

only i know there is some issues with the flashback query.
i will go there to see what exactly the issue is so what i want what should be the question i should ask them before solving the issue?

That'd depend on the issue. Best thing you can do is make sure you understand how flashback works.
