Sorry for incomplete info.
Acutely we are sending mails through Oracle. Say, if any update happen on a Table it will be notified through mails with latest updates. The user is updating with an Emoji Char but, this is not being rendered in the mail at client side, we in oracle use many encoding techniques like "UTL_Encode.mimeHeader_Encode" to encode Subject for Multibyte chars, Like this is there any way to Encode Emoji's..? is my question.

Thanks,
Yuvraj
