I'm very new to the IT world and my mgr has assigned me to find a solution. Our company is currently faxing through modem and would like to switch to winfax. We will need to fax in batch and since we use oracle db, would like to know how I can link our customer info from db to winfax and how it can be done so it's easy for our sales rep to do it in a click.
