I have a database in mysql, now I want to move it to Oracle AS. I use sqldeveloper but I don't know how to connect to Oracle AS. I have try username ias_admin, but not done yet. Can anyone help me?
Another question is can I use PHP in Oracle AS?

You mean Oracle application Server?
Oracle application comes with its own seed database exclusively use for
its internal business only.
Do not touch it.
Create a new database or use any other existing Oracle database to host the data from mysql.

Thank you, but my problem is that I don't know how to connect to Oracle AS by sqldeveloper(I could connect to mysql). Can you tell me how to connect?( I dont know which username, password, port...)

Again,
You are NOT SUPPOSED to connect to the AS Seed database. If you still like to, you are inviting trouble.
Create your own separate database, with your own user,password,port etc.

In Oracle AS, I create a new schema named BTL, now how can I connect to it by php function oci_connect()
