For 600 errors, get in touch with Oracle Tech support. Start off with searching the Metalink site.

Preserve your trace file, they may ask for it.

You can go to http://metalink.oracle.com/metalink/plsql/showdoc?db=NOT&id=153788.1&blackframe=0 and post your ora 600 error...and you can get some immediate direction as to where to look

Are u facing this problem very often ?? if so then you have to contact Oracle Customer support..

If it is on NT Box, Then Just try rebooting the Machine..
