install probleme with oracle 10g for AIX with silent mode [message #512334]

hello all;

i have an issue after installing the 10gr2_aix5l64_database.cpio
software.
the installation was happened well.
i have used the silent mode to install it.
but when i type "sqlplus" tool to create the database there is no "sqlplus" tool
the envirmont variable was set
export ORACLE_HOME=...
is there something wrong in the installation..

your ORACLE_HOME should be available in your PATH.

export ORACLE_HOME=/something
export PATH=$PATH:$ORACLE_HOME/bin
