Hi

We are doing an upgrade project from 11i to R12.
We have a custom package created in custom schema. This package calls a standard program Payables Import by using fnd_request.submit_request. We have a concurrent program for the custom package and this concurrent program runs perfectly in 11i, but when we run the same in R12, it throws an error 'Insufficent Privileges' for FND_REQUEST, we have checked for all the grants in 11i and R12, every thing matches perfectly.

Can any one please respond ASAP.
