Because...this site is full of people who are interested in Oracle...and i don't think out of 60 people every body has completed their OCA or OCP.

Yeah...that's true...but query is query..i don't think that Indian should ask their query with only Indians...its a global forum and i also don't think on this kind of forum any body should check the genuineness of the stranger....the only thing they are interested in is their query is getting solved.

They might have contacted OP in India...then i think i am doing the right post....after reading this they are contacting. But, I think, the aim of this site is to increase number of clicks on this forum by helping each and every individual's inquiry at the BEST.
