can any one tell me how to use tool tip in charts which is devoloped in apex application..

I wouldn't know. However, if a "hint" satisfies you, it is in the "Chart attributes" / "Display settings" section (left; the result is on the right):

this is what i wanted to display in my chart.but am using apex 2.2 version and i dont have previlaged to upgrade the version on top of it i dont have the option display settings here.please provide any other solution to resolve my issue and help me out.
