Hi:

How do you expire a page to prevent users from accessing certain pages using the back button? I've tried the no cache but it doesn't seem to work.

With what system are you working and what do you mean by 'expire'?

I'm using the Oracle htp package to create web pages using PL/SQL. When you move to the next webpage (procedure) if you hit the browsers back button, I want it to say the page has expired.

Standard techniques should work fine. Changing from http to https, or use javascript to manipulate browser history are both possibilities to consider.

simple error message with exit process for back or any other button will be siffice
