hi,

I am try to install the oracle toad 8.6 in oracle 11g 32bit for window 7 operating system.

- the install oracle toad completed, but trying to connection to the database, unable to connect, nothing error when trying to connect.

-is oracle toad 8.6 support to window 7? any version for oracle toad to support window 7.

You need to run at least v10.1 to have support for the WIN7 environment.

You could in 'XP Mode' or run a XP VM on your WIN7 box...

You can run WIN 7 in XP mode to use the old version of Toad, or you can upgrade your Toad to v10 to run native in WIN7

Get a current copy of Toad.
Use free SQL Developer instead
Use SQL*Plus which is always free, available & 100% reliable.
