I have just installed a fresh EBS - R12 on linux VM box here is the fun mesaage i got back when try to run a simple request to check active users.
"
The concurrent manager defined to process this request is not active in the current work shift. The request will not process within this work shift. "
The ran adcmctl.sh status
Got:
Internal concurrent manager status could not be determined
The checked :
/home/Oracle/Prod/inst/apps/Prod_linux/log/appl/conc/log/Prod:

Questions....
After doing so research i notice some of the simple test to do is to run diag test (i dont know the syntax)
Run Cmclean.sql (dont know the systax and where to find it)
A straight forward step on the troubleshooting CM will be thorough appreciated from the my EBS gurus out there.
