How can i use Global Variable to all pages as like in D2K ?

Global variables are referred as APPLICATION LEVEL ITEMS here.

To create them,
1. Go to APPLICATION BUILDER from Apex home
2. Click on the application, in which you want to use those items
3. Click on SHARED COMPONENTS
4. From LOGIC section, click on APPLICATION ITEMS

Now using CREATE button, you can create Application Level Items.
