Oracle 10g resides on one machine(Machine 1) and oracle 11g server resides on another machine(Machine 2).clients will be connected with machine 1...then i try to create one database in machine 2 .this machine will act as server..if i create one database on machine 2 ,how users make use of that database...
how to connect with client machine

If you that machine2 sid entry in your machine 1 tns names your clients can connect..

conn Username/Password@machine2_tnsentry
