Well I am posting this question here and I hope I am not sounding stupid. The thing is I want to install Oracle on my home PC so that I can practice for the certification exam ... I dont know from where I can get the sofware... I dont have money to spend on it.

Please help me...

You can get it for free at http://otn.oracle.com/ but you can install it only on OS professional edition.
