Hi All,
We have a requirement to make certain employees' resources / Import resources. This can be done using the 'CRM Resource Manager' responsibility by navigating to
Maintain Resources -> Import Resources
The issue we are facing is that when we try to import a resource we get the error as shown in the below screenshot. Due to this we are not able to import resources. Can anyone suggest what the issue is?
Any pointers in this regard will be highly appreciated.
