I would like to start Oracle Financials R12, can some one please advice me, the learning path, certification details and jobs. So that I'll start preparing.

Can you please tell me this.

I'm already been employed in a company, now I need to start learning Oracle Apps- Finance, is it advisable to do so. So that I can go for a job in Oracle Finance. I'm been certified in OCA 9i. Purely from Computer Science background.
