How to hide TDS tax code in Invoice Distribution in AP [message #417616]

Hi All

I have to create some new TDS tax codes for invoice Distribution (in India Localization) so I want to hide all old tax codes which is already defined in TAX definition India Localization so that user can find new codes easily. Can anybody tell me how can i do it ? Please help me.

You can inactivate the old tax codes by giving end date.

Hi Saravanan,

Thanx a lot for your valuable reply. As we have already deactivated that TDS Tax codes yet it is showing in TDS code list in invoice distribution while invoice booking. However system is not allowing to do validate that invoice where user has used inactivated codes. But we want to hide that inactivated codes so that user can find new tax codes easily.
