Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to create a report and send the result of that report by mail using the oracle scheduler?

If it's possible, how do i do this.

Sure. Create a procedure which makes a varchar2 with a list of your data in whichever format you want it shown in. Then send the list using utl_mail. Schedule the procedure to be run by using dbms_scheduler.
