I tried to do exp entire database but get message :" Export terminated successfully with warnings." Sad Sad

EXP-00008: ORACLE error 4063 encountered
ORA-04063: package body "SYS.DBMS_REFRESH_EXP_LWM" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "SYS.DBMS_REFRESH_E
XP_LWM"

I have no idea how to solve this? anyone can help?

(command: exp sys/password@database)

You need to get your DBA to fix the sys package.
