Hi Friends

I need some help :
We use 5 different schema....in all the schemas we want to create three users - Admin , Others and User.....3 roles for each and different grants .....

But i want to use the same name for users,roles....but grants on different table names in different schemas....

How do we achieve this ....because if you use the same names you get and error of name conflict.

Thanks
Charu

I think you're confused about the terminology used in Oracle.

A Schema is synonymous with a User

We use 5 different schema....in all the schemas we want to create three users - Admin , Others and User.....

as said above...user is a schema & schema is a user
you can create three user/schema in a database.
